Your child studies here. Their future can stay here.
After graduation, staying in the U.S. usually depends on work authorization and then an employer willing to sponsor. EB-5 is a route your family controls.
Work after study is harder to count on.

Who files the petition.
The parent invests
A parent files the petition. The spouse and every unmarried child under 21 are included. The whole family receives residency together.
The child must still be under 21 under the rules that apply when the petition is filed. Your attorney calculates this.
The student invests
A student aged 21 or over can be the investor, using funds given by family. The gift and the family's lawful source of those funds must be documented.
A student already in the U.S. may be able to file to adjust status at the same time.
Four steps to permanent residency.

Residency
On approval you receive conditional residency for two years. Form I-829 then removes the conditions.
