Designated in 2009. Building in Georgia since.
Atlanta EB-5 Regional Center sponsors hospitality and residential projects in Georgia for investors seeking U.S. permanent residency.
We sponsor. We report. We stay close.
A regional center is designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to sponsor projects under the EB-5 program. We select the project, take it through USCIS approval and report on it for as long as investors are in it.
We do not manage or hold investors' money. Each offering has its own fund, its own independent fund administrator and its own offering documents.
We keep it small on purpose. One approved project at a time, sites you can drive to, and a founder who answers the phone.
