Important information.

Not an offer

This website does not represent an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Investments are available only to qualified investors, via the Confidential Offering Memorandum. Any offering is made only through that document and its subscription agreement.

Who may invest

The current offering is made under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D to accredited investors. We are required to take reasonable steps to verify that each investor is accredited before they invest.

Risk

  • EB-5 capital must be at risk. You can lose some or all of your investment.
  • No immigration outcome is guaranteed. USCIS approval of a project does not guarantee approval of an individual petition.
  • Processing times and visa availability are set by the U.S. government and can change.
  • Job counts, costs and schedules are projections and may differ from actual results.
  • An EB-5 investment is illiquid and should be considered a long-term commitment.

The full risk factors for an offering are in its Confidential Offering Memorandum. Read them before you invest.

Our role

Atlanta EB-5 Regional Center sponsors projects for EB-5 purposes and reports to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The regional center does not manage, hold or return investor capital. Each offering has its own fund and its own offering documents.

Designation as a regional center by USCIS is not an endorsement of the regional center, of any project or of any investment.

Not advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Speak with your own immigration attorney, tax adviser and financial adviser before making a decision.

Accuracy

We keep this website current, but laws, fees and government processing change. Statements about proposed government rules describe proposals that may change or never take effect. Each page that cites such information gives the date it was last updated.
